Environment Protection

Climate change is an existential threat for all of us. I am proud of the work that Maryland has done so far in this area, advancing climate change solutions in the landmark Climate Change Solutions Now Act.

But it is only a first step. We need to act now to roll back the damage that’s been done and protect our environment. It is imperative that we feel the urgency, as the environment is the most important legacy we will leave our children and our grandchildren.
